More Than A Weekend

This weekend we danced the night away at the fierce and fabulous Dr. Deborah Tillery’s “Midnight in Harlem” themed 70th birthday bash! We are thankful to Dr. Tillery who encouraged her community to donate to More Than A Walk Inc. in lieu of gifts.

We also extend our gratitude to the Community Foundation, particularly April Mullins of the April and Bill Mullins Fund, for allocating their annual $6500 grant to our organization. Shawn adored Dr. Tillery (his bday twin) and the Mullins family. We are incredibly moved by their generosity.
